Secretín : como vemos en la foto, la rúcola parece demasiada, pero después de cocinarla el volumen es mucho menor.
March 25 Sometimes happensSorry to be so late updating the blog, maybe the last time I told you something new happened the past summer..
Anyway during the last six months...wow six months passed! watta fuckin great reporter I am!!!
Many events filled the last period and maybe I'll tell you about some of them but I really don't know how the better way to start is.
...I think is better to find an idea soon or I will stand awake along tonight
 !!.. and tomorrow is a workin' day.Well I think I gotta start from october; in that period I was still workin' in the hospitals of Pinerolo,the project was going to the end and I was thinking about the future and looking for other jobs, I was quite thoughtful.
Few days later my brother came to me with an idea, .. if yuo're thinking I'm telling about job, well forget it!!, he asked to me " why don't we have a short travel somewhwere in Europe while you're waiting for a call?" and I immediately answered "YES YOU BET !" So 5 minute later we were already searching for a destination and we decided to spent four days in London. The city proved to be very nice and our short holiday very full... we turned around all the days to see much more we were able in only three days. Tube helped us to be so easy moving from side to side of London town, It seemed to reach all the places you want , It's very fast and comfortable .. and also not so much expensive maybe one of the less ones we found. what else can I add about this travel?.. oh yes , you can see london' photos somewhere in the blog, right now I really don't remember if albums are on the left or on the right corner; discover it !!
At the beginning of november I started a new Job, I came back workin' like help desk specialist ...yahoo!!!, in that moment it's the kind of job I like more, I rename it also Happy desk specialist ,, I mean that everybody seems to be happier after my support.
In november too me , my brother and other guys formed a "5 soccer" team and we played in a tournament until the end of february... what can I say about results, well next time will go better...I really hope!!
..and now we fly to the last period 'cause I don't wanna bother my few fans ah ah
 What I'm going to tell you now maybe no one care but I gotta tell it to fill more this empty blog!!
 ... I the last three weeks I re - began to have a serious and intensive fit program and I feel very well,
I go running every evening after work and I go swimmin every saturday afternoon and now that days are going to be longer i will begin with some MTB ride too.
This was the last news ...

August 14 my saturdayHi guys ..Are you ready?
I'm going to tell you how I spent my saturday.......and so...
I woke up at 8.30 and very later I left to be in PInerolo city at 11.30 to meet Haikel and Damiano.They were coming from Ivrea and Canavesian....I think it was 11.45 when Haikel arrived..... we had a breakfast at McDonalds, I discovered that Mc's breakfast is very good !!!..Around twelve o'clock Damiano and Paolo Cavaletto appeared.....we called Andrea, the man who organized the grilled(the event of the day), and we asked him if he needed something to drink... he answered that he had only red wine, so we decided to buy a lot of beer.
Than we left Pinerolo and we reached Andrea's home,... late , of course!
The other guests were already there......waiting to eat and taste everything Andrea cooked for us!!
There was Mauro and his wife, Martin and family, and Andrea of course.
I don't wanna spend too much time to relate about the owner' state after lunch 'cause photos are very expressive!
 ...I don't remember he drank so much to go on sleepin' in that way!.
 When the owner woked up he made us see photos from Mont Blanc and we took a coffee; than we start to put all in order again...I think it was 5.00 p.m. when we decided to leave.
After we came back to Pinerolo where Haikel left his car, while Damiano and Paolo decided to go home soon, we took something from Mc again...before going home.
I came back home at 6.30 p.m.
July 23 CHE SPETTACOLO!Dopo aver passato l'intera giornata di ieri al Lac d'Embrun, mi sentivo un po' stanchino stamattina
ma ho deciso di andare ugualmente in Mtb, mi sono alzato alle 9.00, ho mangiato colazione ed alle 10.30 sono partito.
Nonostante la stankezza nei primi km relativamente pianeggianti che portano al bivio per Lago Lausun(slm 2000m),
sentivo che le sensazioni erano buone e che il colpo di pedale non era male; così, superato l'abitato di Chiotti (si trova 5 km sopra Pomaretto sulla strada che porta Prali), ho svoltato a sinistra e ho cominciato la salita.
I primi 5-6 km di salita sono su strada asfaltata, ma sono molto impegnativi...i rimanenti 9-10 su strada sterrata sono interminabili!!!
....la discesa non è male, lo sterrato è tutto da menare, gli ultimi 6 km sono estremamente tecnici con una serie di curve in successione... 15 km da brivido!!!!!
July 21 tomorrow mtb!Yesterday I came back home late and today I worked all the day....I'm quite tired!!
Tomorrow I should stop working at 3-4 p.m. , so I'll have a little spare time
I must decide how to spend it better I can
Maybe I could go swimming, or, if the weather will be good I can take my bike and have a great ride!
I was thinking about Lac Lausun.....where is it?
It's a nice place, 2000m high, 30km far my home ..and I've to tackle a 20km uphill ....very difficult and nearly all dug up!!!
I think the strain of the uphill is completely repayed by the satisfaction to have done something special, by the spectacular panorama you enjoy and by the extremely exciting downhill!!!!
I still don't know if I'll have time enough to do it, but if I will be there I take some pictures and I will share them here on my page.
I hope tomorrow evening I'll tell you about my mtb ride .............not my long workin' day!!!!
July 16 ....behind enemy linesSince three weeks I've been spending my saturdays in Embrun, a nice place in France.
It's just behind the Alps, you have to cross on Sestriere, Claviere and go down towards Briançon, than you have to go on for 45 kilometers too.
There's a big lake called Lac de Serre Poncon, where it's possible to swim and practice many other water sports, on the lake side you can live the great fun to play soccer or volley ball (without shoes!!) on the meadow that sorround the whole lake.
Three weeks ago I went there with my friends Haikel, Maria and Maria Vittoria, we left at 1.00 p.m.,we spent the whole afternoon at the lake side an we came back at 9.00 p.m., we enjoyed the wanderful sunshining day and It was an opportunity for everyone to relax and do something different from the other weekends.
Last week was the eve of the soccer Worldchampionship final Italy-France and I went there with my brother Michele; we played soccer the whole day with some locals.....it was the advance of the final!!!!!
Yesterday I went with my brother too .....but maybe frenches were too sad after the defeat of the final (Italy-France 5-4 rig.) and no one pushed to organize a football match!!!!

it's the first time I write something here, in my personal web space.
First of all I'd like to start with a short introduction..
I'm Gabriele and I'm 23 yers old , I spent the last year workin for the Organizing committee of the 20th Olympic winter Games in Torino, my job involved in technical support on printers and copiers in the competitive venues.
I stopped my job and my olympic experience in the end of march.
After I began a new job in the hospitals around Pinerolo, it consists in the implementation and roll-out of personal computers and printers.
And so ..what can I add ?.......oh yes I'm sportsman and I like to practice every kind of sport (such as mountain bike, soccer, swimming...) and I'd like to learn more others!!
Anyway this particular web space will not only speak about jobs, but what I want is that this page will be all about fun and passions.
So I'll tell about my passions , about my friends and I will share all the picture of my great summer.....

p.s: in my hobbies I wrote cuisine...it means I love good cuisine, I like to eat!!! |
